Well, hello and welcome to my new website and first ever blog entry! 



It's very exciting and I'm pleased to say it coincides quite nicely with my first ever application to The Next Pilates Anytime Instructor Contest 2013.



It was fun making a video with my fabulous sister and remarkably this also marks the occasion of my first video on You Tube.  Wow, what a week!
